There are 3 steps to take if you are not seeing a file that you have uploaded into a folder. Please note that it could take a minute or so to show up.
The first step is to click the home button at the top left of the Digital Safety Deposit Box screen. Then select the folder you have uploaded the file into. If it is still not there, sign out of your Digital Safety Deposit Box at the top right corner of the screen. Please then sign right back in once again. If the file is still not appearing, you will need to make sure that your internet browser is up to date. Once confirmed, you will need to then clear the Cookies within your web browser. You must make sure that when you clear them, you select to clear them “from the beginning of time”. Once the cookies are cleared, sign out and back in, and then re-upload the file to the desired folder. Note: The requirement for this process is rare and is not normally required unless you are using an our of date internet browser.
