Yes, each organization is a allotted “guests” to share folders as well as secured messages with. The Guests do not need to be paid users, but will still be required to maintain the appropriate credentials to sign in and view information contained within the CertainSafe Digital Safety Deposit Box.
If they are not an existing contact of yours, you may add them by clicking on the “manage contacts” Icon on the left hand side of the Digital Safety Deposit Box screen. Then click on “add contact” at the top left and input the contact. You will be prompted to enter the First name, Last name and Email address. Once completed, an automated Email will be sent out inviting your new contact to be a Guest to your Digital Safety Deposit Box account.
