What is Cabinets versus Personal Files?

Cabinets is a space where multiple people can manage a particular folder structure vs the personal folder structure that is specific to the user. When setting up a cabinet you decide what users you want to manage the structure. Unlike sharing from your personal folder structure where you grant permissions such as being able to upload or download or creating an expiration date on the share, anyone who is part of a cabinet will have access as long as the cabinet exists or they are removed from the cabinet by a manager. All users that are part of a cabinet have the ability to upload and download.
