I have uploaded a file but it is not showing up?

The first step is to click the CertainSafe Logo at the top left of the Digital Safety Deposit Box screen, this is the home button. Then select the folder you have uploaded the file into. If it is still not there, sign out of your Digital Safety Deposit Box by clicking you initials icon at the top right corner of the screen . Please then sign right back in once again. If the file is still not appearing, you will need to make sure that your internet browser is up to date. Once confirmed, you will need to then clear the Cookies within your web browser. You must make sure that when you clear them, you select to clear them
